Whether you're planning an intimate celebration, working with a planner who will handle setup, celebrating at a venue with simple floral needs, or planning on a shorter timeline, Studio Weddings offers the same artistic approach and attention to detail that Pinna Co is known for in a format designed to fit your day.
Each arrangement is custom designed using the season's best blooms and designer's expertise with your vision in mind. Rather than coordinating on-site installation and rentals, your flowers are carefully prepared for pickup from our studio, allowing you or your planner to place them with ease.
Studio Weddings are especially well suited for intimate weddings, backyard celebrations, elopements, courthouse ceremonies, experienced planners managing floral placement, and couples who simply need exceptional florals without the added services of a full-service event.

How Does Pickup Work?
Once your floral proposal is approved, we'll schedule a pickup time from our Grand Rapids area studio that works with your wedding timeline. Your flowers will be carefully packaged and ready for transport, along with simple care and handling instructions to ensure they look their best on your wedding day.
Can my planner/coordinator pick up my flowers?
Absolutely! Many of our Studio Wedding couples have a planner, family member, or trusted friend pick up their flowers. We simply ask that you let us know who will be picking up the order in advance so we can coordinate a smooth handoff.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Because each Studio Wedding is custom designed and we accept a limited number of weddings each weekend, availability can fill quickly. We are also happy to accommodate shorter planning timelines when our schedule allows.
Can I request specific flowers?
Absolutely. We'll always do our best to incorporate your favorite flowers whenever they're in season and available. If a particular bloom isn't available or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll recommend beautiful alternatives that complement your overall design while maintaining the style you love.
What if I decide I want full-service instead?
If you decide you'd prefer delivery, installation, rentals, candles, or full event styling, we'd be happy to discuss our Full-Service Wedding offerings. Full-service weddings begin at $5,000 and include comprehensive design, logistics, installation, and teardown so you can simply enjoy your day.
Do I return my floral containers after the wedding?
Yes. Any reusable glass vases included with your floral order should be returned to Pinna Co within 7 days of your wedding. Disposable floral containers and mechanics used for select ceremony arrangements do not need to be returned.
Is there a minimum order?
Every Studio Wedding is custom quoted based on your floral selections and guest count. Most Studio Weddings begin around $750 and range up to $4,000 and are designed for couples seeking custom florals without full-service installation.
Will my flowers be arranged and ready to use?
Yes! All bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, and personal flowers arrive fully designed and event-ready. You'll simply transport them to your venue and place them where you'd like them displayed.
What happens if I need to make changes after booking?
Changes can typically be accommodated up to a certain date before your wedding, depending on product availability and our production schedule. We'll always do our best to accommodate revisions whenever possible.
