1. How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance with our event florist in Grand Rapids, MI, to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. However, feel free to reach out anytime, as we may have openings.

2. What is your wedding floral minimum?

Our current minimum for full-service wedding floral design is $3,500, but most couples invest between $5,500 and $8,000, sometimes higher.

3. Do you offer floral arrangements for corporate events or parties?

4. Do you deliver and set up the flowers?

Delivery, setup, and installation are all included with our full-service floral design.

5. Do you travel for events?

Though we are located in the Grand Rapids/West Michigan area, we enjoy traveling! Our wedding florists can also offer services in the Detroit area, along Michigan’s lakeshore, and Northern Michigan. Please let us know where you are when requesting our services.

6. Can I rent vases and vessels from you?

We offer a variety of rental vases, vessels, and other decor items, and our rentals are included in your proposal when appropriate.

To begin, fill out our inquiry form. We will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and create a custom proposal that includes a design board and estimate. The following steps are signing a contract and paying a retainer to secure your date with our event florist.

8. Can you work within my budget?

We create beautiful designs within various budgets, but our full-service minimum starts at $3,500. No matter your budget, discuss your needs with us, and we will provide guidance to maximize your floral potential.

9. Do you offer à la carte or small wedding options?

At this time, our primary focus is on full-service floral design; however, please reach out with your event date and needs. Sometimes we have the resources to accommodate smaller weddings or elopements.

10. How do payments work?

We require a 50% retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event date. Full details will be outlined in your proposal and contract with our event florist.

11. Can I request specific flowers?

We love hearing about your favorite flowers and colors! Our wedding florists do their best to incorporate your preferences while selecting seasonal blooms that align with your overall vision and style.

12. What happens if a flower I requested isn’t available?

Nature can be unpredictable. If a flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar bloom that complements your design and overall palette, after discussing it with you first.

13. Do you offer floral subscriptions or weekly deliveries?

We occasionally offer custom subscriptions and ongoing corporate floral services, but first, contact us to inquire about availability.

14. Do you provide tear-down services?

Yes, strike and teardown services can be included for an additional fee and are often recommended, especially for venues requiring same-night cleanup.

Yes, we hold business liability insurance, which is a requirement for many venues.
